Rubber Insulation Properties

1. Extruded and closed cell synthetic rubber with external protection.

Density (KG/M3): 70-90

Thermal Conductivity: -20°C, 0°C, 40°C

(W/(M.K)):                     0.031, 0.034,  0.038

2. Working temperature from -50ºC Cuntil +110°C (Flat surfaces+85°C).

3. Reaction to fire: self-extinguishing GB 8624B1 (OXYGEN INDEX > 34%), non-flammable

Insulated Copper Aluminium Connecting Pipe

Welding point: no pores/cracks/burrs/burn through, unfused, no oxidized.

Air tightness: using high pressure package 4.0MPa pressure for 5 minutes, no leakage.

Pressure resistance: in the air tightness test, slow pressurization to 13MPa for 1 minute, without any crack.

Bending: Bend the sample into the bending center to pipe nominal diameter 2 times, no wrinkle and crack after 180 degree bending.

Tensile strength: tensile strength in 65-118MPa, the broken part is on aluminium pipe, and the distance from the welding place is more than 10mm.
