Definition:

The SQW Series is a heavy-duty one-piece welded wall-mount bracket designed for split air-conditioner outdoor units. Manufactured from powder-coated cold-rolled carbon steel, it combines a reinforced bent-edge profile, pre-drilled wall mounting holes and horizontal slotted holes for flexible outdoor-unit positioning. Three sizes are available for units from 9,000 to 36,000 BTU, with model-specific load capacities from 180 to 250 kg per pair.

Surface Protection:

To ensure long-term durability in harsh outdoor environments, the STW bracket is treated with a high-performance Powder Coating finish.

UV Resistance: The coating is specifically formulated to be UV resistant, preventing fading, cracking, or chalking under prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
Corrosion Resistance: The standard RAL 9003 (Signal White) finish acts as a protective barrier against moisture, oxidation, and industrial pollutants, significantly extending the service life of the support system.

Installation Precautions

· Confirm the correct bracket model, size, load capacity and outdoor-unit foot spacing before installation.

· Install on structurally suitable walls such as reinforced concrete, solid masonry or approved load-bearing structures.

· Select anchors according to the wall material and equipment load.

· Keep both brackets level, parallel and at the same height.

· Do not exceed the rated load of the selected model.

· Secure the outdoor unit with suitable bolts, nuts and washers.

· Use anti-vibration rubber pads where required.
