1.Measure the length of the refrigerant lines and electrical wires that need to be covered. Plan the route for the

line set cover. It should follow a path that is aesthetically pleasing and minimizes exposure to weather and

physical damage.

2.Use a hacksaw or PVC pipe cutter to cut the line set cover channels to the appropriate length according to

your measurements.

3.Mount the line set cover bottom piece to the wall or surface. Make sure they are level and securely attached.

Use screws or anchors as needed.

4.Carefully place the refrigerant lines and electrical wires inside the line set cover channels. Ensure that they

are organized and neat.

5.Cover the DUCT with its covering pieces.

6.Cover the fittings with its covering pieces. Use screws to fix the bottom piece and the covering piece

together when necessary.
