Flexible Joint-LR

Definition: The LR Series is an extendable flexible joint designed for mini split line set cover systems. Its corrugated structure allows the cover to bend and adjust around irregular corners, offset pipe routes and installation obstacles. Three sizes are available for connection with compatible straight cover ducts, helping maintain a neat and continuous enclosure around insulated refrigerant pipes, drain hoses and control cables.

Complex wall structures: Such as when encountering beams, columns, uneven walls (Uneven installations), or special spaces with non-90-degree corners.  

Long-distance spans: Used as flexible expansion joints when two sections of ductwork are far apart and it is inconvenient to install fixed bends.  

Indoor and outdoor environment transition: Commonly used at the connection between indoor and outdoor units of air conditioners, especially in areas that require wall penetration and slight angular offset.

Core Material: Modified high weather-resistant polyvinyl chloride (UV-Stabilized PVC).  

High-performance UV stabilizers are added to ensure it does not yellow or become brittle under long-term sun exposure. 

Ribbed extrusion process: Provides excellent flexibility and pressure resistance to the pipe body.  

Precision injection-molded fittings: The fitting dimensions are accurate (compatible with 70mm, 76mm, 95mm systems), ensuring a secure fit with straight pipe channels (such as ZL series).
